dc.description.abstract Barlianta Bahrum (2018. MM.1. 1362), The Effect of Education, Training, and Commitment toward Employee Performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Polewali Mandar Regency (supervised by Muhammad Idris and Haeranah Alwany). This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) education, training, and commitment partially on the performance of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service (2) Simultaneously education, training and commitment to the performance of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service ( 3) Which variable has the most influence on the performance of the employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Polewali Mandar Regency. This study was conducted on employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Polewali Mandar Regency. Sampling using saturated sampling technique (census) by taking all populations of 38 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially shows that the education variable has a dominant effect on employee performance, this shows that the higher education will further improve the performance of employees at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service (2) partially shows that the training variable has an effect. on employee performance, this shows that the more training that is followed will further improve the performance of employees at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service (3) partially shows that the commitment variable affects employee performance, this shows that the higher the commitment, the more increasing the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Polewali Mandar Regency (4) simultaneously shows that the variables of education, training, and commitment have an effect on employee performance which means that increased education, training and training, and commitment will affect the increase in employee motivation at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Polewali Mandar Regency by 95.5%. en_US
