This study aims to determine whether: 1) Organizational climate affects job satisfaction, 2) Compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, 3) compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, 4) Motivation has an effect on employee job satisfaction at P.T. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sungguminasa Gowa Branch.
The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires related to Organizational Climate, Compensation, Motivation and job satisfaction to 60 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple regression using the SPSS application.
The results show that 1) Organizational climate partially affects job satisfaction, 2) Compensation partially affects job satisfaction, 3) Motivation partially affects job satisfaction, 4) Organizational climate, compensation and motivation simultaneously affect job satisfaction, and 5) motivation has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sungguminasa Gowa Branch .

This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) The effect on the performance and job
satisfaction partially of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto
Regency, 2) Influence of motivation and job satisfaction on performance of ASN
Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency, 3) The most dominant
variable on the performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto
Regency.
Type of the research is descriptive quantitative method. The research was conducted
at the Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency. The study was
conducted during May – June 2021 using 59 populations as saturated samples with
Multiple Regression Analysis.
The findings showed that: 1) motivation and job satisfaction had a partial effect on
the performance of ASN at the Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto
Regency. This means that motivation and job satisfaction individually can improve
the performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency,
2) motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of ASN
Education and Culture Office Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency. This means that
motivation and job satisfaction together can improve the performance of ASN
Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency, 3) job satisfaction is the
variable that most influences the performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu
UPTD Jeneponto Regency. This means that if job satisfaction is high, the
performance also more high.

This study aims to (1) determine and analyze the effect of competence, motivation and work environment partially on teacher performance in the Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (2) to determine and analyze the effect of competence, motivation and work environment simultaneously on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (3) to find out and analyze which variables between competence, motivation and work environment have the most dominant influence on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Primary School Inpres Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency.
The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers who were in the Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 51 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with
SPSS 26 software.
The results of the study concluded that (1) only competence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, while motivation and work environment had no positive and significant effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster. Katinting Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (2) simultaneously shows that the variables of competence, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (3) partially showing that the most dominant influence on teacher performance (Y), namely competence.

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of leadership style on
employee work motivation (2) the effect of workload on employee motivation (3)
the effect of leadership style on employee performance (4) the effect of
workload on employee performance (5) the effect of work motivation on
employee performance. employee performance (6) the effect of leadership style
on employee performance through work motivation (7) the effect of employee
workload on employee performance through work motivation at the Bantaeng
Regency Environmental Service.
The sample was selected with a saturated sampling technique with
data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. Data were
analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis with validity and
reliability tests and classical assumption tests.
The results of this study indicate that from the regression results of
Sub- Structure I, it is known that the leadership style variable (0.723) has a
positive and significant effect on work motivation and the workload variable (0.008)
has a negative but insignificant effect (0.879) on employee work
motivation. The results of the F-count value 42.832 with a significance of 0.000,
which means that simultaneously the variables of leadership style and workload
have an effect on employee work motivation. The variations in the ups and
downs of work motivation can be explained by the variable leadership style and
workload by 57.0%.
The regression results in Sub Structure II, it is known that the variable
of leadership style has a direct (0.216) significance level with a significance
level of 0.015 (significant) or indirect (0.485) and dominant (the calculated z
value (5.83) is greater than the absolute z value (1.96). ) on employee
performance and workload variables have a direct effect (0.090) with a
significance level of 0.018 (significant) and indirect (0.005) but not dominant
(calculated z value (0.6079) is smaller than the absolute z value (1.96)) on
employee performance and work motivation variables (0.671) have a direct
effect on employee performance.The F-count value is 74,701 which is at a
significance level of 0.000 (significant) which indicates that simultaneously
there is a significant and real influence on the variable leadership style,
workload and motivation. work on employee performance The variations in the
ups and downs of employee performance can be explained by the leadership
style and workload through work motivation at the Environmental Service The
life of Bantaeng Regency is 77.70%.
