This study aims to determine the effect of self-achievement, risk of tolerance, and freedom of work partially and simultaneously toward student motivation to become entrepreneurs at STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar.
The study sample used as many 68 people from 210 populations of the 2015 class year students. The type of data use was secondary data from each student who was actively registed at STIE NOBEL. Sampling was processed using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used multiple regression test analysis tools that were preceded by descriptive analysis. Hypothesis testing was done using the t-test, f test, and the cofficient of determination (R2).
The result show that the variabels of self-achievement, risk of tolerance, and freedom of work has a positive and partially significant effect toward student motivation to become entrepreneurs. Simultaneously also show that self-achievement, risk of tolerance, and freedom of work simultaneously affect student motivation to become entrepreneurship.
