This study aims (1) to find out the skills,experience, and abilities of enterepreneurship parially affecting the performance of CV. Jaya Furniture at Makassar (2) to find out the skills, experience, and abilities of enterpreneurship simultaneously affecting the performance of CV.MG Jaya Furniture at Makassar (3) which variable is the most dominant Effect toward the performance of CV.MG Jaya Furniture at Makassar.
This study is a quantitative descriptive with a total sample of 30 respondent, while the sampling technique used saturated sampling. The method used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale and data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis with-test, and R2.
The result of independent variable skills (X1) obtained t count (3.384 > t table (2,055), experience variable (X2) T arithmetic (3.160) > T table (2.055) and ability variable (X3) T count (3.655) > T table (2.055). So the skill variable (X1), partially affects the performance variable (Y), the experience variable (X2), partially affects the performance variable and ability (X3) partially affects the performance of the employee (Y). F test result show that the F count (15,162) > F table (2.98), while the significant is 0,000 < absent at a significant level of 0,05 then Ho is unaproved and Ha is approved.
