PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR BP PAUD DAN DIKMAS PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

SAENAL. 2021. EFFect of Accounting Information System and Work Motivation toward Employee Performance at the office of the center for Erly Childhood Education Depelopment ( BP PAUD ) and Community Education ( DIKMAS ) OF South Sulawesi province, supervised by Indrawan Azis and Hariatih. This study aims to examine and analyze ( 1 ) the effect of accounting information system and work motivation on employee performance ( 2 ) the effect of accounting information system and work motivation simultaneounsly on the performance of employees of BP PAUD and DIKMAS offices of South sulawesi Province. The data in study were ofbtained from primary data ( questionnaires ) as many as 30 respondets using the sampling technique, nomely purposive sampling. This data collection used a questionnaire and distributed to Solution ( SPSS ) version 25 data processining applications. the resulth of this study indicate that ( 1 ) simultaneously the accounting information system and work motivation have a significant effect toward employee performance ( 2 ) partially the accounting information system variable has a positive and sifnificant effect effect toward employee performance.
