PENGARUH GENDER, PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN STATUS SOSIAL EKONOMI TEHADAP PERSEPSI ETIS MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI ( STUDI PADA MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI DI MAKASSAR )

Abstract

The Effect of Gender, work Experience, and Socio- Economic Status toward Ethical Perceptions of Accounting Students ( Studies in Accounting Students in Makassar ), supervised by Indrawan azis and karlina Ghazalah Rahman. This study aims to examine and analyze ( 1 ) the effect of gender, work experience, and socioeconomic status partially toward the ethical perceptions of socuieconomic status simultaneously toward the ethical perceptions of accounting students. The data this study were obtained from primary data ( questionnaires ) as many as 98 respondents using the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This study uses a sample of active undergraduate students majoring in accounting who have or are currently taking courses in behavioral accounting auditing and law and business or professional ethics registered at Hasanuddin University makassar, Muhammadiyah Makassar University and STIE NOBEL Indonesia makassar. data analysis in this study used statistical Product and Service Solution ( SPSS ) version 25 data processing applications. The results of this study indicate that ( 1 ) partially the gender variable has a positive and significant effect on the ethical perceptions of accountingstudents. Work experience variables have a positive and significant effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students ( 2 ) the socioeconomic status variables have a positive and significant effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students ( 3 ) simultaneously the relationsship between gender, work experience, and socioeconomic status has a significant effect toward perceptions ethical accounting students.
