The study aims determine the analysis of Financial performance at PT. Luwu raya Potreleum Pare-pare City. This research was conducted at PT Luwu raya Potreleum Pare-Pare by taking 3 years of Financial reports as the research sample. The result of this study prove that the Financial permormance achieved by PT Potreleum Luwub Raya during 2017-2019. The result of the sudy in terms of liquidity ratios, experiencing a fairly good company condition and based on the solvency ratio, the financial performance achieved by PT Potreleum Luwu Raya during 2017-2019 experienced a solvable company condition. based on the ratio of Financial performance activities achieved by PT Potreleum Luwu Raya during 2017- 2019, the company was in an unhe althy condition, while based on profitability ratio of financial performance achieved by PT Potreleum LUwu Raya during 2017-2019, it experiencedan Efficient company condition.
