Abstract:
Nurbiyanti.2021. The Effect of Long-Term Debt and Own Capital on Profitability in Cement Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, guided by Abdullah Abidin and supervised by Dirwan Dirga Saputra.
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of long-term debt on profitability in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) determine the effect of own capital on profitability in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (3) determine the effect Long-term debt and equity simultaneously on profitability in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The study sample was 60 months, which is the number of quarters from year to year. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis method, t test, f test, coefficient of determination test.
The results of this study are (1) partially long-term debt has a negative and significant effect on profitability in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) Capital partially has a positive and significant effect on profitability in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesian Stock (3) Long-term debt and capital simultaneously and significantly influence profitability in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
