dc.description.abstract Supriadi.2020. The Effect of Facilities, Price Policy, and Promotion toward Customer Satisfaction at the Atria Inn Makassar Hotel, supervised by Ridwan. This study aims to (1) determine the partial effect of facilities, price and promotion policies toward customer satisfaction at the Atria Inn Makassar Hotel (2) figure out the simultaneous effect of facilities, price policies, and promotion toward customer satisfaction at Atria Inn Makassar (3) know the most dominant variable affects customer satisfaction at the Atria Inn Hotel. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who stayed at the Atria Inn Makassar. This study used multiple linear regression analysis method and also used SPSS Version 25. The collection used a Likert scale questionnaire. The results show that (1) partially facilities, price policies, and promotions have a positive and significant effect toward customer satisfaction at the Atria Inn Makassar Hotel (2) Simultaneously facilities, price policies, and promotions have a positive and significant effect toward customer satisfaction at the Atria Inn Makassar Hotel (3) price policy is the dominant variable affects customer satisfaction at the Atria Inn Makassar Hotel. en_US
