PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, KEDISIPLINAN DAN KEAHLIAN KERJA TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PADA USAHA COTO DAN PALLUBASA DI KECAMATAN TAMALATE KOTA MAKASSAR

The Effect of Work Experience, Discipline, and Work Expertise toward Financial Management at the Coto and Pallubasa Restaurant in Tamalate District of Makassar City, Suoervised by Ridwan. This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work experience, discipline and work expertise partially toward financial management at the Coto and Pallubasa restaurants in Tamalate District of Makassar City (2) determine the effect of work experience, discipline and work expertise toward financial management simultaneously at the Coto and Pallubasa restaurants in Tamalate District of Makassar City (3) find out the most dominant variable affects financial management at the Coto and Pallubasa restaurants in Tamalate District of Makassar City. The sample in this study were 42 coto and pallubasa restaurants at the District of Tamalate, Makassar City. This Study used multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS Version 25. Data collection used a Likert scale questionnaire. The results show that (1) work experience, discipline, and work expertise partially has a positive and significant effect toward financial management of Coto and Pallubasa restaurants at the Tamalate District of Makassar City (2) simultaneously work experience, discipline and work expertise has a positive effect and significant toward the financial management of Coto and Pallubasa restaurant in Tamalate District of Makassar City (3) work experience is the most dominant variable affects the financial management of Coto and Pallubasa restaurant in the Tamalate of Makassar City.
