PENGARUH HARGA KAMAR, FASILITAS HOTEL, DAN LOKASI HOTEL TERHADAP TINGKAT HUNIAN PADA PANDA BEACH HOTEL DI KABUPATEN BULUKUMBA

Nadya Alifa Putri. 2020. The Effect of Room Price, Hotel facilities, and Hotel Locations toward Occupancy Rates at the Panda Beach Hotel In Bulukumba Regency, supervised by Dirwan Dirga. This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of room prices, hotel Facilities, and hotel Locations toward the occupancy rates at the Panda Beach Hotel in Bulukumba Regency. The population in this study was the hotel custumers over the 5 years with 17,760 custumers. Determination of the sample number obtained From the calculation of Slovin that was equal to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and the coefficient of detemination using IBM SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the price of rooms, hotel Facilities, and hotel location has a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously toward the occupancy rates at the Panda Beach Hotel In Bulukumba Regency. Correlation coefficient of 82, 9% and the remaining 17, 1 % is affectted by other variables not examined in this study.
