The Effect of Training and Entrepreneurship Competence toward the Performance of UKM Precious Metal Craftsmen (Case Study in the Precious Metal Crafts Area in Borong Makassar Village), Supervised by Badaruddin. This study aims to (1) find out the effect of entrepreneurship training and competence partially toward the performance of UKM Precious Metal Craftsmen in Borong Village (2) know the effect of entrepreneurial competency training and competence simultaneously toward the performance of Precious Metals Craftmen SMEs in Borong Village (3) know the most dominant variable affects the performance of UKM Precious Craftmen in Borong Village. The sample of this study were 60 respondents who were precious metal craftsmen who had ever been training. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results show that (1) training and competence have a partial effect toward the performance of precious metal craftmen in Borong Makassar Village (2) training and entrepreneurial competencies have a simultaneous effect toward the performance of precious metal craftmen in Borong Makassar Village (3) entrepreneurial competency is the most dominant variable affects the performance of precious metal craftmen SMEs in Borong village.
