STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN INTELLEKTUAL CAPITAL DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PADA PT. BARRU BAROKAH PROPERTY

Abstract

Ernida: 2019. Intellectual Capital Development Strategy and its Effect Toward Company Performance at PT. Barru Barokah Property, supervised by Nurdin Brasil and Muhammad Idris. This study aims to (1) find out and analyze the effect of human capital, structural capital and customer capital partially and simultaneously toward the performance of the company (2) to find out and analyze which variables among human capital, structural capital and customer capital are the most dominant effects toward company performance. This study was quantitative research with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis is tested using partial test through T-test and simultaneous test through Fstest. This study involved 35 respondents, they were all stafon the study object. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a positive and significant relationship between human capital andperformance, there is apositive and significant relationship between structural capital andperformance and there is a positive but not significant relationship between customer capital and company performance. Simultaneously, this studyproves that there is a relationship between human capital. structural capital and customer capital simultan toward the performance of the company. This study also shows that human capital was the most dominant variable that affects the performance ofthe company.
