The Effect of Human Resource Capacity, and Utilization of Information Technology toward the Value of Financial Reporting Information at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Gowa Regency, Supervised by Muhammad Fachrul Syarlis and Dara Ayu Nianty. This study aims to determine the effect of human resource capacity and the use of financial reporting information technology at the manpower and transmigration offices and to test whether human resources and the use of technology have a partial and simultaneous effect on the value of financial reporting information. This study uses data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 41 employeesof the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Gowa Regency using purposive sampling. The data that has been obtained are tested using instrument testing and classical assumptions and the method of analysis of this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis in this study used Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23 data processing applications. The results prove that all hypotheses are accepted because Human Resource Capacity and Information Technology Utilization have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the value of reporting information at the Manpower and Transmigration office of Gowa Regency. en_US
