Abstract:
Syahril. 2020. Effects of Teacher Competence, Compensation and Work Evironment on Teacher Performance of SMA 1 Pamboang Majene Regency (Supervised by Manshur Razak and Asri).
The study aims determine and analyze the effect of teacher competency, compensation, and work environment individually and jointly on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency.
The design of this study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency, totaling 50 people. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, which is the total sample is all population. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).
The results showed that there was an influence between teacher competence, compensation and work environment individually (partially) and jointly (simultaneously) on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant work environment variables affecting teacher performance SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency.
