The Effect of Perception of Ease, Perception of Benefits, Perception of Security and Availability of Features on Customer Interests in Using Internet banking at BNI Mattoangin Branch, supervised by Yuswari Nur. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease, perceived benefits, perceived security and feature availability on customer interest in using Internet banking at BNI Mattoangin Makassar Branch partially and simultaneously. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Usin a questionnaire to customers of the BNI Mattoangin Branch with a total sample of 95 samples. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, perceptions of security and feature availability partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using internet banking. The feature availability variable is the most dominant in influencing customer interest in using internet banking services at BNI Mattoangin Makassar Branch. en_US
