The Effect of Product and Service Quality toward Customer Satisfaction Using Savings Services at Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto, supervised by Ridwan and Ali Murdhani Ngandoh. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Production Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. The sample consisted of 133 respondents with the method of analysis and data processing using the validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, partial hypothesis testing with the t test and simultaneous hypothesis testing with the F test. The results show that the variables of production quality and services quality have a significant effect toward customer satisfaction at Bank Sulselbar Jeneponto. en_US
