dc.description.abstract Bakhdar. 2020. SWOT Analysis of the Sales Rate of Herbal Products at the UJP Herbal shop in Gowa, supervised by Muh. Saleh. This study aims to determine the SWOT analysis of the level of sales of herbal products at herbal UJP stores in Gowa. The study sample used was a shop owner and 2 employees. The type of data used was a primary data and a qualitative as the method. Data analysis using interview techniques. The results show that the strategy (SO), made products with high market share to get a fast market response. Strategy (WO), promoting the supply of the main product for limited sales. Strategy (ST), Providing information on superior products sold to customers by first introducing themselves to the community, Strategy (WT), entering the market with a sales brand that consumers have recognized with the type that is always experiencing developments in the market. en_US
