dc.description.abstract Riskayanti. 2021. Factors Affecting Customer Decisions in Choosing a Sharia Bank (Case Study at Bank Muamalat Makassar Branch), supervised by Andi Widiawati and Yuswari Nur. This study aims to examine the factors that affect customer decisions in choosing Islamic Banks, either partially or simultaneously. This study method is quantitative and the data is obtained from a questionnaire (Linear) by taking respondents as many as 100 customers at Bank Muamalat. The data analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 16. From the results of the validity and reliability test, all statements in the questionnaire are declared valid and reliable so they deserve to be included in further testing. The results of T Test (Partial) and F Test (Simultaneous) show that the factors that influence customer decisions in choosing Sharia Banks have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on customer decisions, furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test are obtained R Square of customer decisions in choosing a sharia bank is affected by the variable of motivation factors and product factors. The variable that most dominantly influences the customer's decision in choosing a Sharia Bank is the Motivation Factor. en_US
