This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, competence, work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the General Bureau, Equipment and protocols of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province, to determine which variables have the most influence on employee performance at the General Bureau, Equipment and Protocols. Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative analysis methods. The type of approach used is explanatory research to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, supported by questionnaire data collection techniques, observation, and document review. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census) where all populations were sampled as many as 73 employees of the General Bureau, Equipment and Protocols of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi province. The results showed that based on the simultaneous test, the variables of Leadership Style, Competence, and Work Discipline had a positive and significant influence on the Employee Performance of the General Bureau, Equipment and protocols of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province, while based on the partial test it showed that only one variable, namely Work Discipline, has a positive and significant effect, while the leadership style and competency variables have no and insignificant effect on employee performance. And the variable that has the highest significance value is the Work Discipline variable (0.001) so that it can be said that the most influential on the improvement of the Public Bureau Employee Performance, Equipment and protocols of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province is the Work Discipline variable compared to other variables. en_US
