The Effect of Work Discipline, Employee, Competence and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance of the Pinrang Regency DPRD Secretariat, supervised by Hj. Masdar Mas'ud and H. Mukhtar Hamzah. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Pinrang Regency DPRD Secretariat. This type of research is quantitative research using a survey method. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the DPRD Pinrang Regency, with the research time from October to November 2019 The population in this study were all employees at the DPRD Secretariat of Pinrang Regency as many as 42 people. Sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), namely taking the sample by taking all the population as many as 42 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was an effect of work discipline and physical work environment on the performance of the employees of the Pinrang Regency DPRD Secretariat. en_US
