This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of Compensation, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the simultaneous effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Agency Office, Regional Disaster Management Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This study was conducted at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 42 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially Compensation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that Compensation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline will improve Employee Performance (2) Simultaneously Compensation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) partially shows that work environment variables have a dominant effect on performance, this shows that the better the work environment of employees will further improve the employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.
