The Influence of Individual Skills and the Work Environment on Work Morale through Employee Job Satisfaction in the Barru Bawaslu Office (Supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi) This study aims to see and analyze the positive and significant influence and between ability, work environment, and motivation on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Tapalang, Mamuju Country. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Tapalang, Mamuju Country. The research approach used by researchers is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The populationin this study were all 37 teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Tapalang, Mamuju Country. Sampling of this study was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census) by taking all populations randomly sampled as many as 37 teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Tapalang, Mamuju Country. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results showed that the value of Fcount was 44,282, meaning the independent variable (X) which included teacher competence, work environment, and teacher motivation simultaneously affected the effectiveness of school management at SMA Negeri 2 Tapalang, Mamuju Country, it can be said to be significant because the examiners indicated that the result Fcount = 44.282 is greater than F table = 3.07, and from the t test the independent variable (X) has a significant effect on the effectiveness of school management at SMA Negeri 2 Tapalang, Mamuju Country with the following summary : Variable teacher ability (X1) with tcount 3.063> t table 1.71, work environment variable (X2) with tcount 3.118> t table 1,71, Teacher motivation variable (X3) with tcount 4.064> t table 1.71, and based on the beta value results It is known that the standars that the variables including teacher competence, work environment, teacher motivation have the most significant influence The effect on school management at SMA Negeri 2 Tapalang, Mamuju Country is the teacher motivation variable (X3) of 0.436.
