The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, inherent supervision and partial and simultaneous transformational leadership on employee performance in Bappeda Barru Regency.
This type of research is quantitative with 40 respondents using the saturated sampling method. This research was conducted by explaining, deciphering, and explaining to explain the causal relationship and testing hypotheses, evaluating, predicting or predicting certain events in the future.
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously all independent variables (compensation (XI), inherent supervision (X2) and transformational leadership (X3)) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), Partially the independent variables: compensation (X1), inherent supervision (X2), and transformational leadership (X1) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), The transformational leadership variable has a more dominant effect on employee performance. This the Barru District Development Planning Agency must pay more attention to the employee transformational leadership variable because it plays a very important role in influencing the entire performance of the Barru Regency Bappeda employees.
