dc.description.abstract Muhammad Nur. 2021. The Effect of Ability, Motivation, and Leadership toward Performance at the Polong Bangkeng Selatan District Office, Takalar Regency, supervised by H. Muhammad Hidayat and Andi Djalante. This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of ability, motivation, and work leadership on employee performance at the Polong Bangkeng Selatan District Office, Takalar Regency (2) the simultaneous effect of ability, motivation, and work leadership on Employee Performance at Polong Bangkeng District Office. Selatan Takalar Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects the Employee Performance at the Polong Bangkeng Selatan Subdistrict Office, Takalar Regency. Takalar Regency. Determination of the sample using a saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 54 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially the ability has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance at the Polong Bangkeng Selatan Subdistrict Office, Takalar Regency. Motivation has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Polong Bangkeng Selatan Subdistrict Office, Takalar Regency. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Polong Bangkeng Selatan Subdistrict Office, Takalar Regency (2) simultaneously, the ability, motivation, and leadership have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Polong Bangkeng Selatan Sub-District Office, Takalar Regency (3) partially shows that ability is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance so that the increasing the ability of employees will further increase the employee performance at the Polong Bangkeng Selatan Subdistrict Office, Takalar Regency. en_US
