Sainab. 2020. The Effect of Competence, Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at BAPPEDA of Jeneponto Regency; ( mentored by: Saban Echdar and Maryadi ).
The research aims to analyze (1) the positive and significant influence of competence, work discipline and partial compensation on employee performance, (2) the positive and significant effect of competence, work discipline and compensation simultaneously on employee performance, (3) the most dominant variable influencing the Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 57 respondents, using multiple regression analysis.
Hypothesis testing shows that (1) Competence, Work Discipline and compensation have a positive and partially significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Competence, Work Discipline and compensation have positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance, (3) The most dominant compensation variable affect Employee Performance. |
