The Effect of Quality of Work Life, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement on Honorary Employee Performance of the Bulukumba DPRD, supervised by Saban Echdar and Fatmasari. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of the quality of work life on the performance of honorary employees of the Bulukumba DPRD (2) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of honorary employees of DPRD Bulukumba (3) the influence of employee engagement on the performance of honorary employees of DPRD Bulukumba (4) the influence of quality of work life, job satisfaction and employee engagement have a simultaneous effect on the performance of honorary employees of DPRD Bulukumba the most dominant was the quality of work life, job satisfaction and employee engagement that had an effect on the performance of the honorary staff of the Bulukumba DPRD. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Bulukumba DPRD Office. The population in this study were 45 honorary employees who worked in the Bulukumba DPRD Office. The results of this study indicate that (1) the quality of work life (X1) has no effect on employee performance (Y) with the statistical results of T count of 0.652 greater than = 0.5 (0.000 < 0.05). (2) Job satisfaction (X2) affects employee performance (Y) with the results of the T statistic of 0.005 smaller than = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (3) employee engagement (X3) has no effect on employee performance (Y) with statistical results T count of 0.569 is greater than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (4) quality of work life (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and employee engagement (X3) effect on employee performance (Y) with the results of the F statistic obtained a significance value of 0.003 smaller than the value of 0.05. (5) job satisfaction (X2) which has the most influence on employee performance (Y) with the results of the T statistic of 0.005 is smaller from = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). en_US
