This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and situational leadership style on service quality of employees through job satisfaction at the Social Service.
This research includes confirmatory research. This research is categorized as a survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample in this study took the entire population of employees at the Social Service, amounting to 80 people. The data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the T test, F test, coefficient of determination and sobel test for the mediating variables.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a partial influence between organizational climate on job satisfaction of the employees of the Social Service Office of Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a partial influence between leadership style on job satisfaction at the Social Service Office of Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a partial influence between Organizational climate partially on the service quality of the employees of the Social Service of the Selayar Islands Regency (4) there is a partial influence of leadership style on the quality of service of the employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Social Service (5) there is a partial influence between satisfaction with the quality of service of employees at the Social Service of Selayar Regency. (6) there is a simultaneous influence between organizational climate and leadership style on job satisfaction at the Social Service of the Selayar Islands Regency (7) there is a simultaneous influence between organizational climate and leadership style on the quality of employee service at D Social Service of Selayar Islands Regency (8) Based on the results of the sobel test, the organizational climate variable has a significant effect on the quality of employee service through job satisfaction at the Selayar Islands Regency Social Service and the leadership style variable has a significant effect on service quality through employee job satisfaction at the Selayar Regency Social Service. . Managerial implications that can be recommended for improving service quality can be achieved with a conducive organizational climate and a leadership style that always motivates subordinates to achieve job satisfaction.
