The Effect of Public Accountability, Public Participation, and Public Policy Transparency toward the Members Work Effectiveness at the Regional Representative House of Bulukumba Regency, supervised by Rustan DM, Mukhtar Hamzah. This study aims to examine the effect of public accountability, public participation, and transparency of public policies toward the work effectiveness of Regional Representative House (DPRD) members in Bulukumba Regency. The data used is a primary data which collected through direct questionnaire survey. The data analysis used a multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of public accountability, public participation and transparency of public policies toward the members work effectiveness of Regional House Representative (DPRD) both simultaneously and partially. The results of the study with multiple linear regression analysis show that partially, public accountability, public participation, and transparency of public policies have a significant and positive effect toward the members work effectiveness of DPRD with t values of 0.001, 0.032 and 0.000 and simultaneously show a significant positive P value at level of 0.000 and Fcount of 47,907, so it can be concluded that public accountability, public participation, and transparency of public policies are considered important to ensure the effectiveness of the work of members at the Regional Representative House of Bulukumba Regency.
