The Effect of Leadership, Compensation and Training on Employee Work Motivation at the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Saripuddin D. This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially leadership, compensation and training on employee work motivation at the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency (2) the simultaneous influence of leadership, compensation and training on employee motivation at the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects the the work motivation of employees at the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency. This study was conducted at the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 60 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that (1) partially leadership, compensation and training had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency. This means that leadership, compensation and training are able to increase the work motivation of employees at the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency (2). Simultaneously leadership, compensation and training have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (3) partially indicating that the training variable has a dominant effect on work motivation staff at the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency, this shows that the better the training, the more motivation to work for the Inspectorate of Jeneponto Regency. en_US
