This research aims to know and analyze (1) Education, placement, motivation and leadership of personnel performance in partial (2) Education, placement, motivation and simultaneous leadership of personnel performance (3) Variable The most dominant Ariabel affects employees ' performance.
The selection of samples in this study was conducted using a randomized method, where the population was chosen randomly to be sampled as many as 95 employees. Analysis of data muse Multiple Regression Analysis
The results showed that (1) a partial education was positively positive towards employees ' performance with a value of 3.522, the placement positively influenced the employee's performance with a value of 3.269, the motivation positive effect on performance with the value of 3.914 and the leadership positively influence the performance with a value of 3.202 (2) simultaneously education, placement, motivation and leadership have positive and significant effect with Value 6.757 (3) The most dominant variable affects the employee's performance is a leadership variable with a beta value of 0.432.
