Ismail. 2021. The Effect of Placement, Career Development, and Motivation toward Employee Performance at the Environmental and Forestry Service of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri.
This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) placement, career development and motivation partially toward employee performance at the Environmental and Forestry Service of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) placement, career development, and motivation simultaneously toward employee performance at the Environmental Service and Polewali Mandar District Forestry (3) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Environmental and Forestry Service of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This study was conducted at the Environmental and Forestry Service of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique by taking the entire population of 53 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document study supported by multiple linear methods.
The results of the study conclude that partially placement, career development, and motivation have a positive and significant effect toward employee performance at the Environmental and Forestry Service of Polewali Mandar Regency. This means that Placement, Career Development, and Motivation will improve Employee Performance. Simultaneously placement, career development and motivation also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Polewali Mandar Regency. Partially it shows that work environment variables have an effect on career development and motivation, this shows that the better the work environment of employees will further improve employee performance at the Environmental and Forestry Service of Polewali Mandar Regency. |
