This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Competence, Compensation and Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency (2) the simultaneous influence of Competence, Compensation and Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects the Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency.
This study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 60 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially Competence, Compensation and Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency. This means that Competence, Compensation and Discipline are able to improve Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency (2) simultaneously Competence, Compensation and Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (3) partially showing that the Competency variable has a dominant effect on employee performance in The Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency, this shows that the higher the competence of employees, the better the quality of employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Jeneponto Regency.
