This study aims to determine (1) the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline and work morale partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Minasatene Sub-District Office, Pangkep Regency (2) the most dominant factor influencing performance.
The research was conducted at the Office of the Minasatene District Head of Pangkep Regency from December 2019 to January 2020. The population in the study were all employees of the Minasatene Sub-district Office in Pangkep Regency and the research sample was 43 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models. Hypothesis testing is done through the t test to prove the effect partially and the F test to prove the effect simultaneously.
The results of statistical analysis concluded that (1) organizational commitment, work discipline and morale had a significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Minasatene Sub-District Office, Pangkep Regency. The accuracy of the research model through the value of R Square shows that the value of R Square is 83% (2) Organizational Commitment is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.
