This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education, training and discipline, either partially or simultaneously and to determine the most dominant variables affecting the performance of employees at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Pinrang Regency. This study uses a descriptive-quantitative approach with a causal correlational type. The population used in this study were 42 employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration in Pinrang Regency. Determination of the sample is done using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 42 employees. Data were analyzed by multiple regression and using SPSS 25.00 software.
The results showed that (1) education has a partial effect on employee performance, (2) training has no partial effect on employee performance, (3) discipline has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) education, training and discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, (3) 5) the dominant discipline variable has an effect on the performance of employees at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Pinrang Regency. |
