The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect employee job satisfaction in the Tourism and Culture Office of the Gowa Regency Government. In this study, researchers used descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study is all civil servants in the Office of Tourism and Culture Gowa regency as many as 37 people, so that the sample techniques used are with saturated samples. Hypothesis testing is done using regression analysis test and F test and T test.
The results of this study showed that variable psychological factors (X1), physical factors (X2), financial factors (X3) and social factors (X4) simultaneously affect job satisfaction (Y) which means that attention to psychological factors, physical factors, financial factors and social factors will affect employee job satisfaction in the Tourism and Culture Office of Gowa Regency by 50.4%. Variable psychological factors (X1), physical factors (X2) and social factors (X4) partially have no significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), while financial factors (X3) partially affect positively and significantly and most dominantly affect the job satisfaction (Y) of employees in the Tourism and Culture Office of the Gowa Regency Government. On the variables of job satisfaction (Y), the level of satisfaction of most civil servants in the Tourism and Culture Office of Gowa Regency is at the level of pleasure, then comfort and lastly pride.
