PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA ASN PADA DINAS PARIWISATA DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN PANGKAJENE DAN KEPULAUAN

Abstract

The Effect of Leadership Style, Emotional Intelligence, and Work Motivation toward ASN Performance at the Tourism and Culture Office in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of leadership style, emotional intelligence, and work motivation partially and simultaneously toward the performance of ASN at the Tourism and Culture Office in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting the performance of ASN at the Tourism and Culture Office in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. The approach was a survey approach that processed at the Tourism and Culture Office in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency from October to November 2019. The population in this study were all ASN at the Tourism and Culture Office in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency as many as 62 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study was 62 people. Analysis of the data used was multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style, emotional intelligence, and work motivation partially and simultaneously toward the ASN performance at the Tourism and Culture Office in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency (2) leadership style is the most dominant variable affecting ASN performance at the Tourism and Culture Office in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency.
