The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the effect of the use of the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) on visitor satisfaction at the Bulukumba Regency Library and Archives Service.
This type of research uses quantitative research. The library visitor population consisted of students (SMP, and SMA) students and the general public. The sample was determined based on the total visitor population of 50 people. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of multiple regression with the SPSS version 25 application.
The results showed that the content (content), accuracy, display format, user ease of use, and timeliness had a significant effect on user satisfaction. And determination (R2) illustrates that the amount of influence or contribution of influence simultaneously variable Content, Accuracy, Display Format, User Ease, and Timeliness of User Satisfaction is 0.850 or 85%, where the variance in Y can be explained by the variable (X1). (X2), (X3), (X4), (X5) against (Y).
