dc.description.abstract Nurhasanah Fajriani Lahamuddin. 2019. The Effect of Competence, Motivation, and Discipline toward Teacher Performance at MTsN 1 Makassar City, supervised by Mashur Razak and Ahmad Firman. This study aims to examine the effect of competence, motivation, and discipline toward teacher performance. This study was conducted at MTsN 1 Makassar City by distributing questionnaires to all 57 teachers, namely 23 males and 34 females. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and the tool used is SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that (1) competence, motivation and discipline have a positive effect toward teacher performance (2) competence, motivation and discipline simultaneously affect teacher performance at MTsN 1 Makassar City (3) partially, discipline is the most dominant variable affects the teacherperformance. en_US
