Abstract:
Nurhidayah. 2020. The Effect of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Organizational Culture on Work Productivity of the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat Staff, supervised by Masdar Masud and Herry Sugeng Waluyo.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence between leadership style, work discipline and organizational culture partially and simultaneously and the most dominant variable on the work productivity of employees at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat.
This research was conducted at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat Office. The research time was November 2019 to February 2020. Starting from the problems and research objectives to be achieved, this type of research was a combination of qualitative and quantitative, because this study used a survey method with correlational analysis techniques. The population in this study included all employees at the DPRD Secretariat of Mamuju Regency with 69 people. Sampling of this research was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this study were 69 employees at the DPRD Secretariat of Mamuju Regency. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that the leadership style, work discipline and organizational culture partially and simultaneously and the organizational culture were the most dominant in influencing the work productivity of employees at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat.
