dc.description.abstract Sufiati. 2020. The Development of Stone Crusher in Padang Loang Village, Bulukumba Regency, supervised by Anwar and Andi Djalante. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of a stone crusher in the village of Padang Loang, Bulukumba Regency through a SWOT analysis. This study used qualitative study with a case study approach conducted from July to August 2020. Meanwhile, the study subject is the owner of a stone crusher business in Padang Loang Village, Bulukumba Regency. The results show that (1) the strategy used in the development of a stone crusher in the village of Padang Loang, Bulukumba Regency in increasing productivity for stone crusher is to take advantage of internal factors, the strength of all the potential products of breaking stones as mining excavations while maintaining tradition and culture. community that is still adhered to in overcoming external factors (2) Strategies to take advantage of opportunities where Padang Loang Village has become one of the stone breaking objects of the business development zone. in the area of Padalloang Village, Ujungloe District. If it is necessary to strengthen the business ecosystem, the business is carried out in an integrated manner in realizing high productivity and economic transformation, especially in efforts to develop stone-breaking business corporations and agricultural communities through preparing regulations that support the welfare of the community and improve their standard of living through the realization of economic transformation, especially in Padang Village.
