This study used qualitative study with a case study approach conducted from July to August 2020. Meanwhile, the study subject is the owner of a stone crusher business in Padang Loang Village, Bulukumba Regency. The results show that (1) the strategy used in the development of a stone crusher in the village of Padang Loang, Bulukumba Regency in increasing productivity for stone crusher is to take advantage of internal factors, the strength of all the potential products of breaking stones as mining excavations while maintaining tradition and culture. community that is still adhered to in overcoming external factors (2) Strategies to take advantage of opportunities where Padang Loang Village has become one of the stone breaking objects of the business development zone. in the area of Padalloang Village, Ujungloe District.
