PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN INDIVIDU, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN ASN PADA KECAMATAN MINASATENE KABUPATEN PANGKEP

Suriyanti, 2020. The Influence of Individual Ability, Work Motivation and Work Ethic on ASN Service Quality in Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency (supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi). The Purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individual ability, work motivation and work ethic partially and simultaneously on quality of ASN services in Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency, as well as the most dominant variable affecting the quality of ASN services in Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency. In this study, researchers used a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all ASN in Minasatene District as many as 74 people, so the sample technique used was saturated samples. Hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis techniques and single test. The results of this study indicate that: Individual ability, work motivation and work ethic directly have a positive and significant effect on the quality of ASN services in Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency. Likewise, the indirect effect of work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on ASN services in Minasatene sub-district, Pangkep Regency. While work ethic indirectly has a positive but insignificant effect on morale through service satisfaction in Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency.
