The Effect of Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Compensation on Discipline of Teachers and Staff at SMKN 2 Majene, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Salim. This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially the influence of the principal's leadership, organizational culture and compensation on the discipline of teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene (2) the simultaneous influence of the principal's leadership, organizational culture and compensation on the discipline of teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene (3) the most dominant variable influencing the discipline of teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene. This study was conducted on teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, as many as 60 teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: partially the Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Compensation had a positive and significant effect on the Discipline of Teachers and Staff at SMKN 2 Majene. This means that the Principal's Leadership, Organizational Culture and Compensation will improve Employee Performance. Simultaneously the Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on the Discipline of Teachers and Staff at SMKN 2 Majene. Partially it shows that the principal leadership variable has a dominant effect on performance, this shows that the better the employee work environment will further increase the discipline of teachers and staff at SMKN 2 Majene. en_US
