The Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Climate toward Employee Performance through Work Ethic at UPTD Terminals and Parking in Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Muhammad Hidayat and Nawir Rahman. This study aims to determine whether (1) work environment affects employee morale (2) organizational climate affects employee morale (3) work environment affects employee performance (4) organizational climate affects employee performance (5) work morale affects employee performance toward employee performance (6) the work environment affects employee performance through employee morale (7) organizational climate affects employee performance through employee morale at the UPTD Terminal and Parking Area of the Selayar Islands Regency. The data were obtained by using a questionnaire related to work environment, organizational climate, morale and performance to 51 respondents in the UPTD Terminal and Parking Area of the Selayar Islands Regency. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. The results show that (1) the work environment has an effect on employee morale (2) the organizational climate has an effect on employee morale (3) the work environment has an effect on employee performance (4) The organizational climate has an effect on employee performance (5) Morale has an effect on performance employees (6) work environment affects performance through employee morale (7) organizational climate affects performance through employee morale at the UPTD Terminal and Parking Area of Selayar Islands Regency. en_US
