The Effect of Competence of Human Resources, Apparatus, Service Systems, and Service Facilities on Community Satisfaction in Population Administration Services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gowa Regency, supervised by Syamsul Alam and Mukhtar Hamzah.
This study aims to determine the effect of the competence of Human Resource apparatus, service systems, and service facilities on community satisfaction in population administration services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Gowa Regency.
This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 148 respondents using population administration services. Sampling using non purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis to answer the research hypothesis.
The results of the research analysis conclude that (1) the competence of HR apparatus, service systems, and service facilities have a partial and significant positive influence on community satisfaction, except for service facilities which have no significant influence (2)
Competence of HR apparatus, service systems, and service facilities have a simultaneous and significant positive influence on satisfaction community (3) the most dominant variable indicator to community satisfaction is the competence of human resources apparatus. |
