Abstract:
Bahri. 2021. The Influence of Competence, Organizational Climate and Individual Characteristics on Employee Work Performance at the Housing and Land Service Office of Majene Regency (supervised by Ahmad Firman and Badaruddin).
This study aims to determine and analyze: The Influence of Competence, Organizational Climate and Individual Characteristics on Employee Work. Performance at the Housing and Land Service Offices of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variables influencing Employee Work Performance at the Residential Areas and Land Affairs Office Majene.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Department of Housing, Settlements and Lands, Majene Regency. When the research was conducted in January 2021. The study population was all honorary staff and employees of the Housing and Land Affairs Office of Majene Regency, totaling 93 people
The results show that: 1) There is a partially positive and significant influence of competence on the work performance of the employees of the Housing Area and Land Service Office of Majene Regency 2) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational climate partially on the work performance of the employees of the Housing and Land Affairs Office Majene Regency 3) There is no partial influence of individual characteristics on the work performance of the employees of the Housing Area and Land Service Office of Majene Regency 4) There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on the work performance of the employees of the Regency Housing and Land Affairs Office. that most dominantly influences the work performance of the employees of the Housing and Land Affairs Office of Majene Regency.
