This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of competence, career development, and work motivation partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Pamboang and Banggae District Offices, Majene Regency (2) the most dominant variables on employee performance at the Pamboang and Banggae District Offices. Majene District. This research design uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The study was carried out at the Pamboang and Banggae District Offices, Majene Regency from December 2019 to January 2020. The population in the study were all 39 employees of the Pamboang and Banggae District Offices, Majene Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, ie the number of samples is the entire population. The number of samples in this study were 39 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that (1) there was an influence between competence, career development and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of Pamboang and Banggae District Office employees, Majene Regency (2) work motivation was the most dominant variable affecting the performance of Pamboang and Banggae District Office employees.
