This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of communication, competence and work culture on employee performance at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism in Polewali Mandar Regency. In addition, this study also aims to determine the variable that has the most dominant influence from this study.
This study is a quantitative research using data collection techniques through a questionnaire. This research was conducted at the Polewali Mandar District Youth, Sports and Tourism Office which was conducted from January to February 2021. The population of this study were all employees of the Polewali Mandar District Youth, Sports and Tourism Office including ASN and non ASN employees. The sample uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled, amounting to 54 people.
The results showed that communication and competence did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work culture showed that the results had an influence on employee performance as well as being the most dominant variable in its influence on employee performance at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism in Polewali Mandar Regency. |
