dc.description.abstract Haruna. 2021. The Effect of Principal Leadership, Supervision of Supervisors and School Committee Participation on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Sampaga Subdistrict, Mamuju Regency, supervised by H. Mashur Razak and Hj. Fatmasari. This study aims (1) to determine and analyze the effect of principal leadership on teacher performance (2) to identify and analyze the effect of supervisor supervision on teacher performance (3) to identify and analyze the influence of the school committee on teacher performance (4) to identify and analyze the leadership of school principals, Supervision of supervisors and school committee participation have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance (5) knowing the most dominant variable affects the teacher performance. This research is a quantitative research. The research is located in SMP Sampaga Subdistrict, Mamuju Regency. The population and sample in this study were all 50 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire and a questionnaire. Test the validity of the research instrument using the Product moment correlation formula and the reliability test using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Prior to data analysis, prerequisites were tested including normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques at a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that (1) leadership has a positive and partially significant effect on teacher performance (2) supervision has a positive and partially significant effect on teacher performance (3) the committee has a positive and partially significant effect on teacher performance (4) leadership, supervision, and committee simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (5) Which has the greatest positive influence on teacher performance is the Supervision variable. Overall leadership, supervision and committee have a positive effect on teacher performance. en_US
