This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) Whether Competence, Compensation and Motivation has a partial effect on Employee Performance at Developer Companies (Case Study at PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa 2) Does Competence, Compensation and Motivation simultaneously influence Employee Performance at the Company Developer (Case Study at PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa 3) Which variable has the most dominant influence on Employee Performance in Developer Companies (Case Study at PT. Dayaprima
Nusawisesa Company.
The research was carried out at a developer company (a case study at the company PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique (census), in which the entire population was sampled as many as 46 people. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document study.The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: 1) Competence, Compensation and Motivation partially affect employee performance at Developer Companies (Case Study at PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa Company. 2) Competence, Compensation and Motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at Developer Companies (Case Study At PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa. 3) The most dominant compensation variable has an effect on employee performance at a developer company (a case study at the company PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa. |
